"It is always disruptive when an industry icon falls, but we are excited to create the silver lining," CaseStack president and CEO Dan Sanker said. "We are welcoming CF's most talented individuals to help us change the industry."

CaseStack has established relationships with more than 8,000 mid-sized customers who spend over $30 billion on traditional logistics services. CaseStack said it will provide these clients with the ability to access Fortune-500 caliber technology, reduce overall costs, and improve customer service levels.
