Former cabinet members join United Shipping & Technology board

Logistics and shipping company United Shipping & Technology Inc. has appointed former U.S. defense secretary William S. Cohen and former HUD secretary Jack Kemp to its board of directors. Cohen, who was named secretary of defense in January 1997 currently serves as chairman & CEO of The Cohen Group, an international strategic consulting firm. Kemp served as HUD secretary for four years prior to co-founding
Logistics and shipping company United Shipping & Technology Inc. has appointed former U.S. defense secretary William S. Cohen and former HUD secretary Jack Kemp to its board of directors.

Cohen, who was named secretary of defense in January 1997 currently serves as chairman & CEO of The Cohen Group, an international strategic consulting firm.

Kemp served as HUD secretary for four years prior to co-founding Empower America, a public policy and advocacy organization, in 1993.
