The American Trucking Assns. (ATA) Highway Watch program has announced a collaboration with trucking website Truckflix.com to encourage drivers to participate in anti-terrorism efforts. Truckflix.com has committed to promoting and linking to Highway Watch on its homepage.

Highway Watch is an anti-terrorism program that trains professional drivers to be part of an intelligence network to prevent terrorism. The program was created as a partnership between ATA and the Dept. of Homeland Security with a $19.3 million agreement entered in March 2004, as well as an additional $21 million earmarked for 2005.
