New Penn Motor Express, Inc. has been certified by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as an approved partner in the U.S./Canada Border Highway Carrier Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and the Free And Secure Trade (FAST) programs.

Free And Secure Trade (FAST) is a joint initiative of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) to support moving pre-approved eligible goods across the border quickly and verifying trade compliance away from the border.

New Penn has also received notification from the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) that it is approved for the Customs Self Assessment program and will receive final approval shortly from CCRA for the Partners in Protection (PIP) program.
