The 2nd annual “Convoy for the Kids” to benefit the Prospect Child & Family Center (www.prospectcenter.com) is gearing up to be held on July 24 at Lake George, NY. The event centers around a convoy of big rigs and also features a “show and shine” contest.
Last year's convoy raised $25,000 for the center, which was founded in the 1950s to offer specialized surgical, medical and therapy treatments to disabled children.
