XTRA Lease buys Leasing USA assets
XTRA Lease has purchased various transportation equipment assets of Leasing USA Inc., a subsidiary of the Gainey Corporation with nine branches across the United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Acquiring the trailers of Leasing USA will enhance our equipment pool and bolster our ability to serve our customers through our street corner strategy,” said president Bill Franz.
Leasing USA trailers accepted into the XTRA Lease rental fleet will be equipped with FleetView trailer tracking, supporting XTRA’s asset management program.
