The companies plan to identify customers that can most benefit from enhanced security and improved asset management and utilization within their supply chain networks. Savi Technology and Greybox Logistics Services Inc. have announced that they have formed an alliance to bring new security and asset utilization services to shipping companies worldwide. The companies plan to identify customers that can most benefit from enhanced security and improved asset management and utilization within their supply chain networks. Their initial focus of this new alliance will be in Australia and New Zealand.

The companies, which provide complementary systems and services, say they will implement innovative solutions to reduce cost and increase both the security of container shipments and the profitability of shipping companies.

"Greybox is ideally positioned to provide shippers and shipping lines worldwide with a better understanding of Savi's supply chain security and asset tracking solutions," said Savi vp of security and productivity Lance Trebesch.
