The Internet-based fleet management system FleetWave is now available to smaller fleets on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts or commitments, according to developer Chevin Fleet Solutions. FleetWave Pay as You Go costs are based on fleet size and start at $2.50 per vehicle per month plus an initial setup fee, the company says.

Based on Chevin's desk-top systems, FleetWave is a true web-based application that only requires users to have a PC with an Internet connection, the company says. Features include full maintenance and fuel management, driver record-keeping and extensive vehicle database capability.
