Trucking giant Roadway has completed a three-month upgrade of its AXS-One financial management software system to help speed up and reduce the cost of processing over a million invoices a year.

Akron, OH-based Roadway said it adopted the AXS-One system four years ago for its accounts payable department mainly to reduce processing costs. AXS-One said its Enterprise Solutions Version 7.0 that Roadway just installed includes new functions that help further streamline billing, budgeting, procurement, purchasing, and other business processes.
