Plugging into fedex.com enables businesses that ship via FedEx Express, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to simplify shopping for their online customers by providing them with useful information such as package status and shipping costs as well as signature proof of delivery.

According to San Jose-based GartnerG2, a research unit of Gartner Inc., improved customer satisfaction and experiences are expected to drive the online retail shopping this year, which is forecasted to increase by 39%.
