CSX Division Names VP
CSX Transportation Inc. (CSXT), the intermodal division of railroad conglomerate CSX Corp., has named Jane R. Covington vp-state relations for Florida and corporate communications director.
Covington will oversee the company’s public affairs activities in Florida and handle special projects for CSXT’s corporate communications department.
Since 1999, she has been director of corporate communications for Florida East Coast Industries Inc., where she was responsible for internal and external communications, including media relations and message development for investor relations.
