OrderPro Logistics Inc. said it has finalized the acquisition of TransMex/USA, an intermodal transportation company headquartered at McCook, IL, with offices located in Mexico City, Mexico and Laredo, TX. The acquisition of TransMex/USA provides immediate entry into the strategic NAFTA segment handling shipments originating in Mexico, OrderPro said.

TransMex/USA has annual revenues of approximately $2 million.
