FleetPride appoints new CIO

FleetPride, an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, has appointed Erach Balsara as its CIO. Balsara will be responsible for directing FleetPride’s information technology strategy starting January 2. Balsara joins FleetPride, based in Deerfield, Ill., from Alpharma Inc., a pharmaceuticals manufacturer, where he was the director of global infrastructure. Balsara has also served

Balsara joins FleetPride, based in Deerfield, Ill., from Alpharma Inc., a pharmaceuticals manufacturer, where he was the director of global infrastructure. Balsara has also served as the manager of manufacturing services for Cooper Automotive and as general manager of Software Galeria.
