P.A.M. offers new drivers $1000 sign-on bonus

In a bid to attract fresh drivers, P.A.M. Transport is offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus to students who complete the company-sponsored CDL training program through Driver Solutions, Inc.

“The need for drivers never takes a holiday,” explained Clark Gray, P.A.M. Transport’s vp— driver resources. “In order to keep our fleet growing, we decided a student sign-on bonus was an attractive incentive to offset greater driver recruitment competition.”
