Maddocks Systems Inc. has announced a partnership and software integration agreement with warehouse management software provider Veltion Inc. to provide users of Maddocks TruckMate for Windows software with a flow of information between transportation functions thru to the warehousing side of operations, Maddocks Systems officials said.
The packaged transportation/warehousing solution will be designed for transportation companies that currently run warehouses and the growing number of fleets actively diversifying their operations to include warehousing services.
“This partnership will enable Maddocks to offer an all-in-one solution to trucking fleets or logistics companies that offer transportation services in conjunction with their warehousing operations,” said Bob Maddocks, President and CEO of Maddocks Systems Inc. "Improving the flow of information between both of these divisions is crucial to efficiently manage company resources and deliver accurate information back to customers."
