The two-year agreement, which begins in June, names EGL as the primary carrier for domestic heavyweight freight. As the principal domestic carrier for BD, EGL will be incorporating flexible delivery options, including same-day, next-day and two-day services to various North American locations.

In addition, BD, a medical technology company, will use EGL’s web-based system to track and trace shipments and streamline information.
