RedPrairie Corp. announced that Pittsburgh Logistics Systems, Inc. (PLS) has selected its DLx Transportation Management Solution (TMS) for enhancing order and shipment optimization. The solutions will enable PLS to provide the next generation of technology-enabled third-party transportation management services to its clients.
PLS is a leading third-party logistics provider to the metals, lumber and building materials industry. The company will utilize RedPrairie’s TMS optimization, workflow and event management tools to enhance its current transportation management system, eflatbed.com.
