Field service workers can be dispatched, tracked and monitored with Xora GPS TimeTrack v1.2, a hosted application designed to run with GPS-enabled Nextel mobile phones. The latest update identifies the nearest mobile worker to a customer site and can supply dispatched drivers with detailed directions. It also allows service technicians to use their phones to record customer and project information.

The latest update identifies the nearest mobile worker to a customer site and can supply dispatched drivers with detailed directions. It also allows service technicians to use their phones to record customer and project information. Geo-fencing options will also alert managers if workers leave or enter designated areas.

Other new features for the new version include automated schedule reports that can be linked to back-office applications such as payroll or inventory management systems.
