Mitsubishi Fuso: Special financing on medium-duty trucks

July 3, 2012

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) has announced it will offer 1.69% APR financing for 36 months on all new 2012/2013 Canter FE Series medium-duty commercial trucks sold in the U.S.

Part of its third-quarter “Knockout” sales promotion, the program also includes 1.69% APR financing for 36 months on new 2008-2010 model-year Fuso FE and FG Series trucks in dealer inventory.

MFTQA noted that for those buyers who don’t qualify for the lowest rate, a number of other subsidized financing rates and terms are available. The company added that the financing is not offered in Canada or Puerto Rico.

“While the economy has not yet experienced the broad upsurge we’re all looking for, we know that many of our customers need to add to their fleets or replace trucks they’ve been carrying longer than normal,” said Mike Rumsey, MFTA vice president of sales operations.

“To help them, we’re offering great financing and great deals,” he continued. “New Canters offer fuel economy more than 8% better than competitive trucks, longer service intervals, higher payload capacity, and a better warranty than competitive model trucks. Our 1.69% APR finance rate is one more way we can help assure our customers enjoy lower cost-of-ownership with every Canter.”
