The 2025 Trucking Summit takes place in June

The 13th annual Trucking Summit will be held June 16-18 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This exclusive event presents an opportunity for fleet leaders to connect with the industry’s most promising solution providers.

Since 2013, the Trucking Summit has brought together hundreds of fleet professionals for productive networking and focused meetings. The 48-hour Summit agenda includes plenty of opportunities for education and relationship building, including small group presentations, roundtable discussions, and dynamic social activities.

Each year’s event is tailored to the industry’s current trends and pain points from alternative fuels and electrification to fleet management strategies and software. Vendors and fleet leaders always agree that they come away with more knowledge and more meaningful connections than they would have thought possible.

Interested fleet leaders—specifically decision-makers in maintenance and operations—are encouraged to apply for one of the 50 available seats at the Summit. Those who are accepted to attend will have participation expenses fully covered by the Trucking Summit, including travel and resort costs. To be eligible, applicants must direct, manage, or be a decision-maker in a private or for-hire organization with 50 or more power units.
