PHH Arval has expanded the reach of its PHH Connect mobile application to work on Apple's iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile handheld platforms. The application is also available for BlackBerry devices.

“After polling fleet managers to see which devices were most often used by their drivers, we customized this service to meet the unique needs of the clients we serve,” said Cheryl Middletown, PHH Arval's director in charge of client-facing technology.

PHH Connect allows drivers to have immediate access to PHH services and call centers. When a driver contacts a PHH call center, information on the driver and vehicle is automatically sent to the PHH agent with no driver input.
