American Freightways wins ATA’s President’s Trophy

American Freightways (AF), an LTL subsidiary of FedEx Corp., has won the American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) President’s Trophy safety award. The award is presented annually to a trucking company in one of three mileage categories by the ATA’s Safety & Loss Prevention Management Council. AF earned first place in the general commodities, LTL-linehaul (over 100 million miles) and second place in the

AF earned first place in the general commodities, LTL-linehaul (over 100 million miles) and second place in the general commodities, LTL-local (over 50 million miles) categories in the ATA’s National Fleet Safety Contest.
