Clicklogistics Completes Spin-off From Cardinal

Clicklogistics, a provider of logistics technology and management services, has announced the completion of its spin-off from Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., and will relocate its corporate headquarters from Concord, NC, to Boston. The company also announced it has received a second round of financing from GTCR Golder Rauner Fund VII. Proceeds from the financing will be used to build-out the company's
Clicklogistics, a provider of logistics technology and management services, has announced the completion of its spin-off from Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., and will relocate its corporate headquarters from Concord, NC, to Boston.

The company also announced it has received a second round of financing from GTCR Golder Rauner Fund VII. Proceeds from the financing will be used to build-out the company's infrastructure, support the launch of Clicklogistics Online, and support the company's continuing growth.

Clicklogistics is an affiliate of Cardinal Logistics Management Inc., which will retain an ownership interest in the company. Clicklogistics currently manages $100 million in transportation for its customers. Cardinal is a $150 million asset-based services provider focused on dedicated delivery and logistics management.
