Daylight promotes Thaker

In his new position, Thaker will oversee the carrier’s information technology department and continue to direct and lead Daylight's efforts to integrating the latest technology into its operations.

Ranjit joined Daylight in 1998 and most recently served as director of application development, in charge of re-engineering and integrating Daylight's own business system software, Daylight 2000 (D2K). Thaker has spent 13 years managing business application development, eight of which in LTL transportation as a consultant with Yellow Services and other carriers.
