Eaton promotes Morscheck

Eaton Corp. has promoted Tim Morscheck from vice president & general manager of its trucking electronic systems division to vice president-chief technology officer for its entire trucking business unit. The Kalamazoo, MI-based firm alos announced that its automated transmissions business is being moved out of its truck electronics systems division and blended back into its truck transmission division.

The Kalamazoo, MI-based firm alos announced that its automated transmissions business is being moved out of its truck electronics systems division and blended back into its truck transmission division.

A 30-year employee, Morscheck joined Eaton as a drivetrain engineer. In his new position, he will continue to oversee the Eaton VORAD collision-warning system business unit, as well as Eaton's electronic braking systems business and hybrid-electric powertrain development program.
