NPTC conference held April 27-29

    The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) will hold its Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition April 27-29, 2003 at the Cervantes Convention Center in St. Louis. Chief Richard Picciotto of the New York Fire Dept. will be the Sunday brunch kick-off speaker.
