The LTL carrier said customers can compare individualized rates online and select from multiple service level options.
After selecting the preferred delivery method, customers can then fill out an online bill of lading form and complete pickup request forms. Customers also have access to proactive tracking with real-time status updates on all active shipments in the Roadway system, e-tracking to receive e-mail updates as shipments move through the system or upon final delivery, and invoices with links to their corresponding shipping documents, payment history and customized reports.
