Security expo slated for September in NYC

The U.S. Maritime Security Expo will take place Sept. 18-19 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. The conference, which is expected to bring together people from government, industry, law enforcement and technology, will address the new security issues facing ports and bridges, as well as cargo and passenger ships. The conference, which is expected to bring together people from government, industry, law enforcement and technology, will address the new security issues facing ports and bridges, as well as cargo and passenger ships.

More than 100 exhibitors will be on hand to demonstrate the latest technologies available in the fight against terrorism.
