Seminar looks at high-value cargo theft

Security experts will address strategies for protecting high-value cargo at a three-day seminar sponsored by the National Cargo Security Council. Sessions will look at theft of prescription and OTC drugs, toiletries, cosmetics, tobacco, clothing, high-tech products and other high-value goods, according to the council. Presenters will include F.B.I. and U.S. Customs officials, as well as other cargo-security experts.
