@Track Communications Inc. announced today that the company's common stock will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market via an exception from the net tangible assets, market capitalization, net income and bid price requirements, subject to meeting certain conditions.
The exception will expire on July 2. Previously, the company was granted a temporary exception from the listing standards that expired on April 23.
