Maddocks Systems Inc., the developers of TruckMate for Windows (TM4Win) trucking software, will offer online interactive TM4Win training via a browser-based interface provided byWebex Communications Inc. The company said Maddocks Online Webex training combines the convenience of phone training with the power of an interactive online classroom. By connecting with a Maddocks trainer online and via a conference call, TruckMate users can now take advantage of a TruckMate training session from their own office.

“Providing quality training on demand to a customer base spread throughout North America has always been a logistical challenge for Maddocks,” said Bob Maddocks, president & CEO of Vancouver, British Columbia-based Maddocks Systems. “Through the Webex interface, we are able to provide convenient online sessions that can meet the unique training needs of every type of trucking operation in our diverse client base.”

In addition to live TruckMate training, Webex users can also access a library of past sessions via the Internet. The Maddocks Training and Implementation team plan to have a complete schedule of TruckMate training sessions available through the Webex interface by the end of the month.
