    SCS Transportation, which Yellow Corp. expects to spin off on or around October 1, has named James. J. Bellinghausen vp finance and CFO. He will be responsible for finance, treasury, accounting, and business planning and forecasting.

    “Jim Bellinghausen fills a mission-critical position on our senior management team,” said president & CEO Bert Trucksess. “He has the extensive background and experience to provide strong financial management and strategic guidance.”

    Bellinghausen was most recently director of corporate accounting for Yellow Corp., where he was responsible for corporate internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings, forecasting, financial planning and strategic support.
