The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) recently announced that enrollment for the 2026 TCA Elite Fleet Program is now open. The organization created this certification program in partnership with the University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute to honor carriers that prioritize driver satisfaction and workplace excellence.
The program evaluates carriers based on company data and driver programs, including metrics on safety, operations, compensation, benefits, quality of life, and technology. Surveys completed by drivers and independent contractors help validate these factors.

- Recruitment and retention support
- Celebration of team and company culture
- Detailed benchmarking report providing valuable internal insights
- Evaluation of safety, operations, compensation, benefits, quality of life, and technology
- Surveys from drivers and independent contractors to validate company data
Enrollment opened September 2, and carrier applications and surveys close November 28. Certified fleets will be announced on January 7, 2026, and will be honored at TCA’s 2026 Convention from February 28 to March 3 in Orlando, Florida.
