The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) recently opened nominations for its 2026 Professional Drivers of the Year awards. The organization will accept submissions through December 5, 2025.

The annual awards program recognizes five truck drivers who demonstrate commitment to safety, leadership, and professionalism. Each honoree will receive a $20,000 cash prize and be featured at TCA events and across official industry publications throughout the year.

To qualify, nominees must be employed by a TCA carrier member and nominated by their employer. Drivers who exemplify dedication both on and off the road, contribute to their company, and positively represent the trucking industry are encouraged to be nominated.

Award recipients will be recognized at the 2026 TCA Annual Convention, which will be held in Orlando, Florida, from February 28 to March 3.

“This program is a powerful way to shine a spotlight on the men and women who represent the very best of our industry,” Zander Gambill, TCA VP, said. “These drivers not only keep our supply chain moving, they lead, inspire, and set the standard for excellence. We're incredibly grateful to Love’s and Cummins for their continued partnership in celebrating their achievements.”
