Sister companies Lily Transportation and Transervice Logistics recently named Stephan Oehler as chief financial officer and executive vice president for both companies. He will oversee finance, accounting, risk management, and IT functions.

FordDirect recently appointed Tracy Noonan Fred as its new chief operating officer. She will oversee daily operations across product, dealer engagement, analytics, and enterprise functions.
