Stoneridge adds Aron R. English to board to strengthen capital strategy and shareholder value
Stoneridge recently appointed Aron R. English to its board of directors, effective March 16; he will be nominated for election at the 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting. English is the founder and portfolio manager of 22NW, LP, a Seattle-based value fund, and has served on several public company boards.

NATSO adds new members to 2026 board to enhance governance across truck stops and travel centers
The National Association of Truck Stop Operators (NATSO) recently revealed its 2026 board of directors, affirming Matt Mildenberger, president and CEO of Mittens Travel Center, as chairman. Raina Shoemaker Fromm was named chair-elect, and Bob Wollenman will serve as immediate past chair, with Marko Zaro continuing as secretary/treasurer.
"I am proud to have the opportunity to lead NATSO and work with such a dedicated team of travel centers and fuel retailers, NATSO members, and staff," Mildenberger said.
