Truck tires under the brand names Bridgestone, Firestone and Oncor Retreads will continue to be offered for sale at TravelCenters of Americas (TA) truck stops under an extension of long-term agreement with Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire

Truck tires under the brand names Bridgestone, Firestone and Oncor Retreads will continue to be offered for sale at TravelCenters of Americas (TA) truck stops under an extension of long-term agreement with Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire. TA has carried Firestone truck tires since it opened its first truck stop 34 years ago, according to the company, which now operates 162 travel centers and 157 repair shops in 40 states and Canada.

In addition to new and retreaded tire sales, the agreement continues an emergency roadside service arrangement between the two companies. Under that arrangement, the call-in network for both Bridgestone and Firestone brands forwards service calls to TA’s Road Squad when they originate within TA service areas.
