Incoming TCA chairman to speak at McLeod Conference

Barry Pottle, first vice chairman and incoming 2006 chairman of the Truckload Carriers Assn., will be the keynote speaker of McLeod Software’s Users’ Conference

Barry Pottle, first vice chairman and incoming 2006 chairman of the Truckload Carriers Assn., will be the keynote speaker of McLeod Software’s Users’ Conference. The conference is slated to be held at the Birmingham Sheraton Convention Center Sept. 21-24.

Pottle will speak on the challenges facing the trucking industry and on the efforts of TCA at the opening general session on Sept. 22.

“We are honored that Barry will be speaking at our 2005 Users’ Conference,” said Tom McLeod, president of McLeod Software. “Barry has been very active in building the membership of the TCA, an organization that we see as vital to the health of the truckload carrier industry.”
