Paccar Parts is offering another service to its fleet customers of Kenworth PremierCare and Peterbilt TruckCare services – Paccar Parts Fleet Services. The new service offers guaranteed national pricing, customized reporting and centralized billing.

Created in cooperation with Multi Service Corp., Paccar Parts Fleet Services allows customers to receive just one statement detailing all invoices from Paccar Parts dealers nationwide.

“Currently, fleet customers receive several statements from different dealers or dealership groups,” said Mike Kuester, general sales manager for Paccar Parts. “Then someone from their organization must reconcile those statements with several or more invoices, which can be tedious and time-consuming.”

Regional statements or statements sent to individual terminals are also available as options. Included is a web portal that allows customers to track orders and reports. Accounts can be customized, including the ability to set uniform specs for future purchases.
