MFTA appoints director of business operations

Long-time employee James S. Peary has been named director-business operations, for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America (MFTA).

Long-time employee James S. Peary has been named director-business operations, for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America (MFTA).

Peary was most recently manager-parts marketing and sales for Europe/NAFTA/Oceania for MFTA’s parent company, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp. in Japan.

In his new position, Peary will be responsible for managing business process development, dealer operations, legal and regulatory compliance, and for providing operational support to other departments within the company.

Peary joined MFTA originally in 1997 as director, corporate systems. In 2007, he was transferred to MFTBC in Japan, where he served initially as manager, business development for International aftersales before moving into his most recent position in 2009.
