The word from Kansas City is load and clear: Arrow Truck Sales, Inc. is alive and well. The used-truck retailer is concerned that some may be confusing it with a Tulsa-based motor carrier with a similar name that abruptly shut down late last month.

“We’d like to clear-up any confusion on this issue,” said Don Mueller, director of marketing for Arrow Truck Sales in a prepared statement. “The company that recently filed bankruptcy and closed was a truck carrier. Arrow Truck Sales, Inc, headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with 18 retail facilities, continues to fully operate as an industry-leader in the sale of pre-owned, heavy-duty trucks and trailers.”

In fact, he added, Arrow Truck Sales is now entering its 60th year in business and, just over the past year, has opened new retail stores in both Denver and Minneapolis.

“We value all of our customer relationships and sincerely hope this clears up any confusion regarding the financial health of Arrow Truck Sales,” said Mueller, “We look forward to serving our North American customers for their all their used equipment needs for another 60 years.”
