Fontaine International has named Terry Mennen vp of sales & marketing, Britt Caple key account manager and Scott Shearer corporate industrial engineer. In addition, the company’s aftermarket business, Fontaine Parts Connection, has named Toby Harris vp of sales & marketing.

Mennen, who has nearly 25 years of commercial vehicle industry experience, joined Fontaine as vp of business development in 2007. He will be responsible for all North American sales & marketing activities, as well as customer service and business development.

Harris will be responsible for all North American sales & marketing for Fontaine Parts Connection, joining the company from its sister business, Fontaine Trailer Co., where he was director of marketing for its dealer business unit. He previously spent 12 years with Heil Environmental.

Caple has been with Fontaine International since 1989, working in customer service, OEM accounts, corporate marketing and national accounts, most recently serving as director of sales & marketing for Fontaine Parts Connection. As key account manager, he will be responsible for fleet and OEM dealer business development in the north central region, the company said.

Shearer will be responsible for Fontaine’s quality and environmental systems, safety and OSHA compliance, the company said. He previously was project manager and engineering change controller for Innomotive Systems U.S.
