Pete Russo, a member of the Decisiv board of advisors, has joined the company’s senior management team as vice president of professional services and customer support.
Russo will lead strategy and product planning as well as customer support.

In addition, Russo’s previous roles managing very large technology projects and formulating market and product strategies in the telecommunications services market will be a great addition to Decisiv as we continue to scale our business.”
Russo has worked at BT (formerly British Telecom) and Telcorida Technologies (formerly Bell Communications Research). He has been helping Decisiv with product development for the past two years as a member of the board of advisors.
