Former president of Vehicle Brake Systems Consulting Jim Clark has been named engineering director for North America for TMD Friction
Former president of Vehicle Brake Systems Consulting Jim Clark has been named engineering director for North America for TMD Friction.
Clark, who will be based at TMD’s Troy, MI, office, will be responsible for all product development and applications engineering activities for TMD in North America.
Clark has more than 35 years of engineering and management experience in the heavy duty braking industry, TMD said. Prior to leading Vehicle Brake Systems Consulting, he spent five years at Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake as director-global wheel end programs and CoC director foundation drum brakes. He has also worked for Dana Corp., Eaton Corp., Rockwell International Automotive, and Chrysler.
