Phone app to speed the expense report process

A new smartphone application for Android and iPhone devices has been designed to offer owner-operators and independent contractors the ability to quickly and easily submit expense receipts at anytime, from anywhere.

The app, from Equinox Owner-Operator Solutions, allows users to upload an image of their receipt, which is then added to the user’s monthly profit-and-loss statements, offering real-time visibility into the business’ finances. Users can also view the balance of their tax escrow account and keep original receipts for their records with the app.
