Transportation conglomerate NFI Industries is forming a joint warehousing venture with Raven Transport

Transportation conglomerate NFI Industries is forming a joint warehousing venture with Raven Transport, a Jacksonville, FL-based minority-owned trucking company.

The agreement enables NFI Industries--based in Vineland, NJ-- and Raven Transport to leverage their combined expertise and competencies to capture a variety of new business opportunities in the transportation, warehousing and packaging market, said NFI’s CEO Sidney Brown. As a part of the agreement, Raven’s clients get access to 15 million square feet of commercial warehouse space as well as innovative design and packaging solutions, NFI said.

“This strategic alliance blends the core competencies of both organizations and helps us serve an otherwise untapped market,” Brown said.
