Fleet Owner has been nominated for two Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards.

The magazine was named a finalist in the “Best Single Article” category for “Biodiesel: The Whole Story,” the cover story of the August 2008 issue, written by editor-in-chief Jim Mele; director of editorial development Wendy Leavitt; executive editor David Cullen; senior editor Sean Kilcarr; associate editor Deborah McGuffie-Schyhol; and managing editor Brian Straight.

In addition, Sean Kilcarr was nominated for “Best Blog” for “Trucks at Work” in the category of blogs with fewer than 100,000 unique visitors per month.

Winners will be named at the Neal Awards luncheon on Thursday, March 19th in New York City.
