Dave Lyons, who joined OPW in 2005, has been named to the new position of vp of business development. Lyons has been the chief financial officer for OPW’s Fuel Management Systems business unit.

OPW is a provider of commercial and retail fueling equipment.

In 2009, OPW reorganized into three primary business units along with three global units. Lyons will be responsible for deploying key strategic initiatives across all OPW business units.

“The scope and quality of Dave’s strategy development experience, leadership style, and strong financial background makes him the perfect choice for this position,” said David Crouse, president. “He is a key addition to our management team. I look forward to the contributions he will make to our strategic planning and deployment. He will be highly instrumental in driving OPW’s global growth initiatives and in helping us achieve our business objectives.”
