Lynn Reinbolt has been tapped to be the next president of Road Systems, Inc., the trailer-manufacturing subsidiary of trucking and logistics conglomerate Con-way Inc.

Reinbolt is a veteran manager with 16 years of service to the company, having most recently served as the group’s gm. He now has overall management responsibility for the Searcy, AR-based manufacturing unit. He joined Road Systems as plant manager in 1990 and was promoted to general manager in 1992.

Road Systems designs, builds and sells freight trailers and other equipment to its sister transportation and logistics operating companies within the Con-way organization. According to Con-way, Reinbolt’s responsibilities include pursuing “aggressive plans” to increase its share of the trailing equipment market and expand marketing efforts to grow its direct-sales volumes with external customers.
