Descartes buys Mobitrac

Logistics solutions provider Descartes Systems Group has announced the purchase of Mobitrac, a fleet management business, from privately held Fluensee, Inc. in an all-cash transaction.

Descartes said it acquired Mobitrac’s software-as-a-service routing and scheduling technology for $650,000, including direct transaction costs incurred.
